(Have you tried exposure to the sun? I know that it's hot there in Dallas, but I have a friend with depression -- and exposure to the sun helps him quite a bit.)

"Legal medical marijuana" is a misnomer, since marijuana is illegal at the federal level all over the country. If you are stopped at any time in any state by a federal officer and he legally discovers you have marijuana, you can and probably will be arrested. For instance, the TSA at the airport are federal employees and will alert federal officers if the find your pot. If you're going by car, you'd have to pass through many, many states that don't have medical marijuana laws. If stopped in any of them by any kind of officer, you could be arrested. Finally, marijuana is illegal in MA. There is no medical marijuana exception yet. You can get arrested in MA.

As far as I know the only "legal" place to buy medical marajuana is in California and you need a doctor to prescribe it for you.
Try a regimen of vitamins/minerals and get sunlight. Seems like "that's" what you're missing, not marajuana.

The FDA sent out a report this past year after doing studies that showed (or so they claim) that marijuana isn't beneficial for depression. So you are not going to get a presription for it.
Marijuana masks your depression and is not an effective way to deal with it. In fact, it'll probably just make it worse. You need to give up the drugs and deal with the reality of your depression. There are so many other options out there for dealing with depression.

drive about 5 blocks north. turn right and keep driving for 18 more blocks. u'll see a dark ally. go down there and u'll find a guy with a long black coat. ask him for the weed. thats where u'll get it. but bring a knive. who knows who else could be down that dark ally.
