When i was there i was getting a pedicure , the male asians were playing some sort of card game, then they started staring at me, talking in there language and lauphing. How do i know there not talking bad about me?
I told them yesterday that its bad buisness, and its ruid . They told me to leave, without finishing the job, and had the nerve to ask me to pay before i walked out.

This is JB's wife. Hi, I am BB. A new nail salon opened up near our house so I decided to give it a try. I went in and introduced myself which I had never done before in a nail salon, then they introduced themselves to me and I made sure to understand their first names. Now when I go there we are on first name basis and they ask me about our family, how things are going, and I ask about their lives and families. IF you try to get to know someone from the beginning, especially their first name, it makes a difference. They may have different languages but they are really no different than any of us who use their businesses. We are all created with the same hearts and emotions, we bleed the same color of blood, and go through the same highs and lows. They are normal people trying to make a go at a business just like other businesses in our cities. Try to make a point to get to know people in shops you frequent and things will improve. When you find a shop you like, keep going to the same one. Show kindness and they will return it. It works for me.

Yes they do! My sister-in-law is from Vietnam but she doesn't look it. And they were making fun of us both. When we left the salon she made a comment to the owner whose mouth dropped open and he apologized profusely. That was their tip!
My sister-in-law says she wishes more Caucasians would open up a shop for that reason alone. It amazes me how many people speak in other languages and never expect that the people around them understand every word. It's totally rude! I wouldn't have paid them a dime for and unfinished job.

I don't mean to offend anyone, but chances are, they probably did talk about you. I am Asian and I know how we can be sometimes. But you have to understand that sometimes they may talk in their own language because they are more comfortable and are not aware that others are uncomfortable (that's usually the older folks though, if they look pretty young and look like they can speak English, it is very likely they are talking about you.) I'm sorry for your experience and would apologize for them if I could.

Staring is not generally considered rude in many Asian countries, so if they were newcomers that would explain it. I would ask to speak to the manager, tell him what happened, and if he seems like a newcomer too explain that such things are considered rude. If he seems to take it lightly then just walk off, it's they who are losing with that attitude. I hope you did not pay, by the way.

If you want to understand Mandarin but you have no clue exactly where to start off then a program for Mandarin is the greatest online course for the novices simply because it really commences with the basis.

If you Negatively report that Nail Salon Company to your local Better Business Bureau (B.B.B.) , then the (B.B.B.) will officially give them a low customer service rating.

Think about it. If you spoke a language that very few people understood, and you were in the same situation, would you talk about them??
