Well the chart is below for a factual reply, but since it is opinion you want, here is mine.
As a man I don't find stick insects attractive, also a woman has a womb and therefore shouldn't have a flat stomach. Monroe was a size 16 (UK size) and she was still sexy. But here is the secret dear, and this will help you, men LOVE confident women, maybe teenage boys look for girls to be as they see them on TV or in magazines, but as boys mature into men, and to be honest, it is only at this point, you should be looking at them seriously. So back to us real men..If you walk into a room with your held held high and make eye contact and smile, we wouldn't give a hoot it you're 8 stone or 11 stone, just be healthy and happy and love yourself, and men will love you too.

why do you want our opinions? this is a health issue, and your concern about other peoples opinions suggests that you could be developing an unhealthy obsession with your weight and general body image. Check on the BMI calculators whether you are obese or moving that way. If they say you are unhealthily overweight, then you should visit your doctor and get some professional advice on how to eat healthy and avoid the associated diseases. 14 is not to young to learn about healthy lifestyle choices.
If you aren't overweight, then eat healthily, get plenty of exercise, and chuck your scales away. Try to enjoy your life, get out, meet friends, eat , drink, be merry, dance a whole night away, go cycling, running, do some yoga, anything, but stop worrying about your body image.
If, on the other hand, you are underweight and losing, then also see your doctor. You may have problems absorbing the nutrients from your food. If you're just underweight but eat plenty and exercise healthily (ie 20 mins aerobic activity at least 3 times per week), then don't worry about it.
If you are concerned about eating disorders, then go see your doctor - anorexia and bulimia are serious conditions that can affect you throughout your life.
It sounds as if you want to avoid "professional" advice - ask yourself why - what are you afraid they will say? Be honest with yourself, be brave, and address the issue. You'll feel much better than simply avoiding the truth. Because deep inside, you know that's what you're doing, and you know what the problem is.

BMI is an out of date, inaccurate guage that is still used by doctors (why!!?) - a little explaination on this point - the BMI calculator was created around the second world war and is inaccurate for a couple of reasons - for example if you are 6ft tall body builder you would be heavy for your size so it would calculate you as obese, if you were a 6ft marathon runner you would be labelled as under weight so it's all relative
Body composition is a better guide (ie the ratio of fat to muscle) so you should be looking for body fat % of around 15 - 23% if you are within those you're fine

It's what ever you feel comfortable with. As long as your working out and keeping yourself toned don't worry about it. You as a teenager have enough things to worry about. Don't go by the scale or the weight chart. Every body is different and every one carries their weight differently. The chart shows me as 50 pounds overweight, but everyone that knows me says i only look about 15 pounds overweight. So it is what ever you feel comfortable with and just love your body because we can't all be a perfect 10. Good luck and try to work out and just eat right. Drink plenty of water and fruits and vegetable. Stay away from fried food, sodas, juices and whole milk. You'll be alright.

im 5 ft 6 too and i have always read it should be between 8 stone 13 and 11 stone. but if you say you have got a large frame like i have you would look too thin at the 9 stone mark, just keep around 11. also you are only young i am 28 dont know if its advisable to be dieting too much.

we ought to all eat breakfast, it receives you all started and BOOSTs your metabolism. once you do not eat breakfast, the food that you do eat (probable @ lunchtime) is 'hung on to' through your body so it makes desirable sense that you've received somewhat weight. Your body thinks, i'm no longer likely to get food for a lengthy time period, i opt to carry onto this.... What would paintings more beneficial positive is in case you merely have somewhat something, like attempt to eat a protein & a carb, like a tumbler of milk & some oatmeal. OR an egg white with wheat toast. destroy quick is exactly that, you destroy the fast that you had in one day.

Depends what you mean by large build. Most weight charts differ as they don't take into account whether you have big or small bones.
If you are not happy with your appearance then ask about it at your local clinic and they will be able to advise you

you are too young to be worrying about these things! enjoy your youth you have years ahead to worry about your weight and you will cos your a girl. best thing you could do is learn to love yourself just the way you are. have fun !!!!!! xxx
P.s i'd love to 5' 6 so theres a bonus for starters i'm a titchy 4' 11 and the wrong age to be growin anymore!

Dont get yourself worried.
I'm fourteen going on fifteen and I'm 11 stone. The doctor told me theres nothing wrong, as long as your active and eat healthily your fine and perfectly normal.
My friends the same age as me and she's even heavier, but she isn't fat or obese, so there's no need to get worked up.
