The green leafies and the nuts contain the most protein. The quality of protein in dark green leafies is the best and it's highly absorbable, so your body actually uses a higher percentage of it than it does of the protein from denatured sources like pasteurized dairy or cooked meat. There are books out about this stuff. I suggest you read up.

IF you are specifically using vegetables for protein and growing muscles then you are not gonna get desired results. What I recommend you do is try whey protein shakes. It's an amazing muscle builder. Alot of athletes use it. Go here for more info:

Beans, corn, soybeans, spinach and rice. Most of the deep coloured vegetables will be a source of proteins but meats have higher amounts.
