If your hair is dark brown go for a light or medium brown. If it is medium brown go for a light brown, if it is light brown go for a medium-dark blonde. This season hair color is all about natural...ex. it is okay to show your roots as long as theyr'e not so obvious you can see them across the room. I wouldn't recommend putting bleach streaks in your hair because that will give it the "skunk effect".

It does not only depend on hair color but your skin tone as well. If you are cool toned then blondes or honey blondes or even a touch of darker or lighter browns. If you are warm toned soft reds, aburn like tones are good and a bit of gold would be nice too.

My niece has blonde hair, she had it dyed to a medium to dark brown and had chunky blonde highlights put it. It looks awesome on her. But auburn, chestnut, caramel, copper, bronze, or burgundy highlights would look good in brown hair too.

You can get a color weave. It involves highlites and lowlites. If you have natural med brown hair your stylist may weave in a rich chocolate shade and a carmel shade. It allows for root growth that looks more natural.

Red & caramel, but if it's red make sure the hightlights are subtle.
For caramel, make sure the color is very dark, otherwise it'll come out blonde, unless that's what you want of course.
Good luck!

Try either a golden blond or auburn, that will look less fake!
