Man u really messed up with the numbers! Anyways here is the puzzle solved:
dve = 2(two)
tysyachi = 1000(thousand)
sto = 100(hundred)
sorok = 40(forty)
vosem = 8(eight)
All together it means: Two thousand one hundred forty eight (2148)
