It's not Yang style. As far as I know Yang louchan learned taiji from Chen family in Chenjiagou.

Chen Style, or we call it Chenshi Taiji Chuan here.

Chen was the original taiji style. Old Yang style looks very similar, with some fast movements, and was a very combat-oriented system. The foudner of Yang style was a huge guy (pushing 7 ft according to legend) and was a feared fighter.

That said, the Yang style you will likely learn today is as far from that as the average strip mall kenpo school is from the aikijitsu the samurai used.
