You have two questions here. You can overcome your addiction to pornography by seeking therapy. Keep in mind that no amount of therapy changes a thing if you don't want to change. You can stop masturbating when looking at porno web sites by resolving your addiction-to-pornography issue. You can't masturbate to it if you're not looking at it, right? Although you will most likely masturbate while looking at something else...eBay, perhaps.

adiction is a sickness. Something has to be bad enough to deter you from doing it before you will change your mind. Find out what it is for you specifically (everyone has their own reasons). Find out when the interest first started and when it got out of hand. More than likely there are groups like AA that can help you learn the ten step program. From time to time you will fall back to searching the net, but call your straight friend and they will remind you of the bad things that can happen to you and maybe you'll stay on track.
Instead of looking up porn, look for education or get involved in sports as an idle mind is the devil's workshop.

Try turning away from it and go to other sites such as news or games Yahoo. See a therapist they can help immensely!
