I clean my toe nails everyday but at the tops of them it is like black and stuff. what should i do?

u might have fungus there, go see a doctor

Go see your doctor to determine if you have a nail infection or a fungus. It happens, no big deal. The sooner you get started on meds or whatever he prescribes, the sooner it will go away.
