Stay away from these appetite suppressant. They do not work only destroying your health .
And any Diet will do the same.
To stay healthy your Body needs Nutrion,start your Day with a regular Breakfast at home and have a good and healthy Diet throughout the week and your Life. Drink plenty of Fluids,unsweetened Juice,Milk ,limited your Intake on Coffee.No Soft Drinks or Alcohol and do not smoke. Exercise regularly.

Do you really want to eat all the time, or is it just certain foods that you crave?
make a list of the foods that you cant live without eating constantly,
are they sugar filled foods, or are they the starchy type.things like potatoes, fresh bread of chocolate bars, burgers. divide them up into two lists make a choice which list they go on ,if for example fresh bread with jam and peanut butter, you would put it on the sugar list. once you have your lists compare them are there more sugar than starch or vice versa this requires honesty from you.
next write down every meal you eat at what time you eat it and on which day, again compare with your two lists, on the meal lists are there more meals that have sugar than starch, you can now see a pattern developing with your lists, because you are only cheating yourself, be honest .
if you eat more sugar than starchy foods it is this area you have to address, sugar foods release energy if you are exercising, if not they will put the excess into fat that is stored.
they also contain chemicals that work on your brain releasing endorphins into your bloodstream giving you a pleasurable feeling, your body requires more to stimulate your brain into releasing More pleasurable feelings so you eat more sugar based foods starchy type foods also contain sugars but not as many
burger buns contain lots of salt and sugar it is this mix that makes your body crave fluid to quench your thirst the sugar enhances pleasure you become addicted to eating junk food.
break the habit by slowing down the sugar based foods you eat daily, try snacks that are sugar free and salt free drink water to detox your system, forget suppressors they don't work if you are still eating sugar based foods. and they can cause side effects
visit your doc and get checked out before starting to cut food out of any program set a target of how much weight loss you require
change your lifestyle to suit the new you. good luck LF

Hi im on a herbal diet pills that really work,they suppressant your appetiate and are good.Ive been on these for about 5 wks and lost a stone,theres no side affects at all,the name off the pills are thermaslimmer you get them in health shops,sunbed shops,clinics.There not too expensive either about £33.oo for 3 wks supply.

I once had one prescribed by my doctor that worked but I cant remember the name. However that is not the answer to obesity. Losing weight by dieting etc is just treating a symptom you need to tackle the cause which is unhealthy eating possibility coupled with lack of exercise

I mentioned hoodia gordonii on here before, but I didn't win the points so maybe it's not that good. There's loads of info on the net about it, and you can buy it in health shops. (In the UK, anyway). I found it made me hungry, but that could be because I was assessing my appetite all the time. (No wonder it wasn't a best answer, I don't sell it well).

Smoking. But it makes you smelly, poor and shorter life span. Keep eating, but the right things. Raw veg to snack on or fruit. Last resort - sugar free chewing gum.

You're not going to like this, i fear. The only thing that really works and is not poisonous is walking every day, even in the rain for 1 hour in daylight.

stop being greedy and listen to your body. it is the mind that wants to continue eating long after the body is satiated. become more sensitive. don't use crutches, that will only definitely make you lame
