Time. Time is the only thing that heals. Each day will get better, in the mean time get involved with others. I don't mean date but take a walk, get out of the house visit family or friends or just take a drive. Long range you could join a bowling team or a gym any activity your comfortable with that has no reminder of what you just went through. But from my own experience, I had to live one day at a time and not dwell on what could have been but what I want now.

In my country we use to answer these kind of questions by singing a popular song: "You will heal your heart if you fall in love with a new person!" So I am going to tell you the same thing! Try to find someone other! Someone who will care about you! He must support you and give you the love you need, in order to "recover"! But if you want to find someone you have to believe that you will find him! You have to take care of yourself, if you stay home and think "How pathetic am I?" you are not going to find anyone! Start go out with friends, go to the movies or even use public transport, your new love is out there and is expecting you!
P.S.: Don't forget to smile!

Wow, toughie. I went through this 4 years ago and still hurt. My boyfriend left me for my best friend. They r married now and have a child. It isn't easy and u just have to push on. Time does take some of the pain away. Srry, I can't help better. Try going out with some friends.

well, think about other things, and if you have a guy friend that you are very close to, hang out with him. You might end up liking him, but in the end, you'll have a healed heart.

Awwww sorry love its just time that will heal it, try to get on with your life, go out with friends and maybe get a new hobby and maybe you will meet someone new. Time is the best healer though and you wont feel like you do now forever, Good Luck xx

Listening to happy songs, or even just songs you like helps. It helped me to hang out with my friends a lot when my heart was broken.

finding someone to replace the ex would be a good idea, but then again...aint that unfair to the new guy?? i mean, you'll kinda use him as a scapegoat...
hmm...time heals all wounds as they say.. but sometimes you need to spend more time to yourself and look for something you can do..without him and without things that'll make you reminisce

Join the crowd. 15 years...it never completely heals; however, things do get better...and you will have the answers to many, many questions you would have never had interest in before! :)

Stop looking back, start looking ahead. Focus on now and later, leave the past behind you.
