awwww well done roses alwayz go down well. well a girl likes a man who can open up so tell her why u like her and why u want to be with her. for example.... i think you the most beautiful person ive ever seen in my life, i think we would make an excellent couple if you just let me be your boyfriend. you amazing, you make me laugh and your great to talk to i think this could be the start of something special... will you go out with me? thats just an example but just say whatever comes into your head she will fall head over heels for you! specially with the roses!

Don't bring her flowers until you have dated her for a while.
Ask her out first,and get to know her as a friend. Call her on phone ,talk a while,then ask her out somewhere for a casual date..don't make a big deal about it. Either she will go with you or not,but don't bring flowers .
Flowers are a death knell for all realtionships.
Save the buying of the flowers after your first fight with her..
