Yes you should or your married life is going to be ruined. My friend's daughter married a man with schizophrenia and the man kept it secret. When that young wife saw the behavior and the mental conditioned of her husband, she was shocked and went to his parents' house. Both the families had to bear a lot. They are divorced now.
May be I'm too hard in telling you all this but the reality is harder.

Uh Oh that Q is on me! I always think about that it seems and when I saw this Q I am happy to know others are thinking about it too and happy to answer
I thought I might wait awhile and then tell him in a soft happy way but not just say "hey I am schizo/psycho!" I might say "I have Psych (emotion like) difficulties and it is hard but on medicines and therapy I am just like anyone else" and he might understand because Psych problems are growing worldwide, getting more and more common. Plus it is just like having allergies or diabetes so. Also if he/she really truly loves you then they would never leave or hate you! But you really should explain many myths/ misunderstandings might inter fear so that is not why you would say I am Schizo or Psycho you should just explain in a calm manner like a pamphlet or doctor would. I wish you luck!

I think it's important to be honest. Whether you're schizophrenic, bipolar or an anxiety-ridden person, your partner has a right to know. AND, you don't want to have to hold something like that in.

The other reason someone should know is because, if you want to have children, it's important to think about it from a genetic perspective. We will all pass things on to our kids. It's just important to think about.

If he/she truly loves you for you, it shouldn't matter. :)

Which one?? The one standing with you at the altar or the one in your head???? Yes tell her, because she would want to know that, you're more then one mindset. Marriage is a great institution but nobody wants to be committed to an institution, in your case your at least twice as likely to be. If one of you love her, tell her about the other......
