Why do so many people post non-questions, with no context or explanation?
It isn't clear what you are asking. Are you asking whether someone (that is, a person) who has broken our law be allowed back in the country? That would depend on the severity of the crime. Someone who broke a limited-parking-time law should not be bared from returning here.
Are you asking whether a whole group of people should be barred if one member of that group has ever broken a (serious) law?
Obviously, the answer is no. People should not be held responsible for the actions of other people.
Since Tim McVeigh was a white Christian male, I think all white Christian males should be banished from the U.S. (except the cute intelligent ones "of a certain age".)

No one who refuses to follow the law of the land should be allowed in any country. And its not just the law, but also the culture and social norms to some extent. Too much of multiculturalism is bad. Look at UK. Look at the home grown terrorism.

Your question makes an assumption that all muslims don't follow our laws. This is a sweeping generalization bordering on prejudice.
Lawbreakers are of every nationality and creed. Why would you only prevent the muslim ones from entering?

No religious or ethnic group should be barred from entering ANY country.
Disobeying laws should NEVER be attached to any group of people. Peopel are given the choice to obey laws. They make their own decision on that matter and therefore should not be as a group barred.

what law's? I think anyone who doesn't follow man's law's should punished accordingly. But, to say 'Muslims', could seem as though you are promoting hate due to a difference of religion or skin color. Be careful!
