Give Ur mom a scrape book of Ur shared moments. Or spend time getting to really know her at 60.

A Spa sounds a good idea, failing that a paid appointment at a really good local hairdresser and beauty parlour where she can be thoroughly pampered. If funds run to it, you could organise a taxi to take her there and back.
Another idea would be to take her out for dinner and pay her a lot of attention, bet she would enjoy that...

Look through family photos, choose a handful of the best ones and frame them up for her. Or choose a card, have her friends and family sign it with thier sentiments......once opened by her offer to frame it as well. Makes a great keepsake. Pay attention to the wrapping........make every effort to wrap her gifts beautifully and with care. Perhaps add an item to the outside ribbon and bow that you know she would enjoy.

When I turned 60 my daughter gave me a framed picture of my grandchildren. (A photo was taken of all my grandchildren together and then it was copied on to a canvas.) It was the best present I received and I will be able to treasure it forever,.
