help ive tried pills and stupid food choices cant stick with need something that will work fast and be easy thank you

fast, easy, and effective are going to have to be achieved by sticking to them. stupid food choices need to be healthy, lifelong, eating habits--these done corretcly can't be achieved by the end of the month. You have to make yourself get out there and exercise. Don't get discouraged if you aren't running or walking 6 miles a day--any little bit helps. Just because you can't perhaps go long doesn't mean you shouldn't do what you can. Drink lots of water and read a book or some other interest you may have instead of eating. Most importantly make realistic goals for yourself.

I also wanna lose weight by 1st of october as I wanna look nice in jeans 1st day of college ;))...not only for that but cause I like summer clothing a lot and they look good on slim body only. So, from tomorrow I'm gonna be on this diet I'm telling you right now (a friend lost 20 lbs. in 6 weeks with this diet). It's severe one, but you'll look amazing. Don't forget to drink a minimum of 2 L of water daily and do some gym for waist, bottom and thighs.
This diet consists in eating same thing whole day, until you feel full. It's 7 days diet, but you can repeat it until you lose how much you wanted, after that stay out of drinks, bread, oily foods etc in order not to put back what you had tried a lot to get rid of.
1st day is salad day (you can eat cabbage, tomatoes or any kind of salad made of vegetables...don't cheat and add too much oil or meat in it, you'll destroy everything)
2nd day is yogurt day, so eat low fat yogurt, such as 0.1% of fat.
3rd day is potatoes day...eat those grilled or boiled with a bit of salt only
4th day is rice day...eat it boiled (I plan to boil it in milk and add artificial sugar to make it sweet at least as I detest rice)
5th day is fruits day...any kind of fruits except bananas and grapes as those contain too much sugar.
6th day is again salad day
7th day you can repeat one of the 1-6 days.
And start all over again until you're pleased with what you had lost. Don't check your weight after rice, cause rice is a heavy meal and you'll weight more than after 2nd day. Weight yourself tomorrow and after 2 weeks only, not in between cause you'd be disappointed. I followed this diet for 4 days only once and dropped it cause I was depressed that after rice I was having same weight as before. But my friend told me that's how it happens but I should have continued the diet cause that's only a lie, I was not as fat as before but stomach was full. So, this time, I plan to keep this diet for 1 month...I hope I stick to it...Good luck.
