I'm glad you're enjoying your Blue and Gold! How old is he/she? I think the Macaws reach sexual maturity around 5 years of age and their personalities may change a bit. Your bird may try to challenge your authority and get aggressive...but be strong and keep those boundaries and you shouldn't have trouble.

Depends on what each person wants for their family and their lives. I prefer eclectus parrots personally...I have 3 of them. But I also have an african grey. It just depends on each person.

It all depends on what type of personality you want. Blue and golds are my favorite. I love how playful they are.

yep i have one two his got to be the best bird i have ever had but i like big cockatoos also
