I've tried curls, but the hairsprays too sticky, and otherwise fall out. bangs make me look like a 5th grader, ponytails cause too much frizz, and leaving it down makes it go flat, flat, flat.

Use a volume enhancing shampoo and conditioner then i think its suave has a root lifter put that on ur roots , and you can find that at target , and u can also use cream that thickens hair like a thickinening mouse , and also blowdry ur hair upside down with wa round brush

A body wave(perm) usually does the job, even after you flat iron
your hair. On top of that layers help.
