I have just downloaded Google! Picasa. I was told when i downloaded this that i can create my own backgrounds for my pictures, i have since looked at this and i cannot see how! Is there anybody out there that does know how to do this and can help ? ~ Thanks ~

I have the free version of Picasa ..I can`t see any way of doing a background,,you can make a collage of pics that lets you set a background ..maybe this is what the discription meant . There is a button to click at the base of the screne once you have selected a pic. Try that ..
