because they lack the vocabulary and the depth of understanding to better explain themselves.

For the same reason people say "like", "dude", & "ya know" 2 or 3 times in a sentence. Just filler words, meaningless.

Sometimes I think it's because they want validation that you hear them, understand them & agree, then it also just becomes a habit. I think we all have habitual saying that make us seem getto & need to work on it to become more successful & need to quit talkin smack,lol. And feeling like we need to be understood. Cause it gets on your nerves after awhile.

Because they think it helps become part of the group they want to be a member of and they are not aware that it labels them as being stupid and thoughtless. You know what I mean?
