Most, if not all, Catholic Churches offer the Sacrament of Confession on Saturday afternoons. One can also schedule an appointment for Confession during the week.
The minimal requirement is that Catholics go to Confession once year, sometime between Ash Wednesday and Pentecost Sunday.
I'm quite certain that, if one committed a mortal sin on, say, Wednesday, then died on a Friday before they could receive Confession, I'm sure God will take that into consideration on account that, had the sinner lived to see Saturday, they would have gone to Confession.

No.
They should go when they have sins to confess. I remember being told as a child that there was a minimum requirement of once per year -- during the Easter season. I suspect this was a suggestion rather than a law.
Non-Catholics mistakenly think that Catholics confess their sins to priests. The priest is only a witness. Catholics -- like Protestants -- confess their sins to God. Technically, the piest need not be there to make a valid act of Confession.

No, Catholics go to confession when they feel the need to confess - and the church usually has a set time, on certain days of the week, when a Priest is available to listen.

oh no no no no! The traditional "Easter Duty" is to go to confession and communion only ONCE a year. Periodic confession is encouraged, but daily would be a bit much.

No. Catholics are required to go to confession at least once per year, if it's likely that they committed a serious sin.
Otherwise, they can go as often as they feel is necessary.

Weekly. Confession cleanses the soul. Confessing your sins to a preist makes you sin a lot less. Also, you can't take communion without confession. It is serious business.

As a former Catholic it is weekly usually after or before mass. But if you feel the need you can go anytime as long as the Father is there to listen and to pass out Hail Mary's.

We no longer refer to this as confession. It is the rite of reconciliation. We are supposed to go at least once a year; more often as needed.

It's easier now because you can confess over the Internet - just send an email to forgiveme@once listing all your sins (in order of repugnance to God) and then check your inbox for your penance. Works great.

If I remember correctly you are supposed to go to confession prior to receiving communion. So no confession = no communion. This does not have to be every day.
