Yahoo anti spy and Norton plus Ad aware works for me so far so good Knock on wood!

Tap into Grisoft.com and download the free virus protection and spyware....it works for me.
If you have any problem, its easy to download and save onto desktop.

well it's not free but ... it's the best thing you can have Kaspersky Internet Security ... it has: add-aware,spy-ware,file-antivirus, web-antivirus, proactive defence, anti hack etc :P
