She doesnt have a superiority complex, this is a defense mechanism. She is supposed to feel independant after being hurt and cheated on, that is something men do not understand. They act like this is something we can turn off and on. She doesnt need any help, she needs time and support from you. Thats if you love her enough to stay around untill she feels safe with you. Thing is, when a woman that has been hurt and cheated on by other men, the new man will get her to the point where she feels like he is different then he will do something jacked up and hurt her again. Dont do that to her! That is the only thing I can suggest to you. Dont be one of the ones to hurt her like the others have.

Well, first of all, what makes you an authority on superiority "complexes." Maybe she is intelligent and can think for herself. Just because a woman is independent doesn't mean she has a superority complex, perhaps you are looking for another type of woman. One that is dependant on you, one that can make you feel superior. As far as her being hurt in the past, I agree that could make her a little more cautious in a relationship, maybe she has learned what is important to her in a relationship and you don't fit the bill.

Be there for her in supportive manner...In time she will be all right--it is just that she needs to learn how to trust again...With you it will take time but you have to show her that you are not like the others in her past relationships.
