I think because girls are more open with their feelings and are able to connect with art better. Guys need to get over themselves and just go with it if they want to be artistic. Its not just for girls its for everyone, through art you can express yourself freely. Good for you for joining the art club, you will love it.

Because of society. Society would say that if a guy joins art then he is "uncool," for a girl on the other hand it is socially acceptable.
But don't let society discourage you from joining art. You could start a new thing. Actually make it "cool" to be in the art club.

becuase most boys think if they join the art club people will think there wimps and most girls dont care (no offence to guys).

girls are beautiful and its in their nature to appreciate beauty and art, boys cant even tide up thier own bedroom !!!!!
