Hey, well, try an intensive hair repair mask; a lot of companies make them, or try making one yourself. I have heard about putting mayonnaise in your hair, wrapping it up with seran wrap, and then using a blowdryer to direct heat at your hair so it soaks up the nutrients from the mayonnaise, but I wouldn't suggest it unless your hair was really dry, as some people find that it leaves behind an oily residue that takes months to wash out. Also, try using leave-in conditioners; I know that Herbal Essences makes a pretty good one. And use shampoos, conditioners, and hair products made specifically for damaged hair. Also, try whisking a raw egg yolk and then applying it to your hair. Leave on for a few minutes, and then wash it off. The cholestrol is supposed to help damaged hair. =^^=
Oh, and take beauty vitamins! Olay makes some and you can find them in drugstores!

Go to your stylist ask about a deep conditioning treatment. You should start off with the conditioning treatment 2x a week for 3weeks(it can get expensive). Or, go to a salon that sells Redken, get Smooth Down Butter Treatment(I recommend you getting the shampoo and conditioner). After shampooing put the Butter Treatment on hair if you have a shower cap put it on, let it sit in hair for 10 minutes and rinse. Do this twice a week(the days you do the treatment you don't have to use the regular conditioner.
