soda. It does nothing for the body except make you burp.

White chocolate. It is pure sugar and oil without the antioxidants of real chocolate.

Too many tied for third.

Don't think that french fries or hamburgers are totally unhealthy. They are unhealthy in QUANTITY. Anything can be unhealthy if you eat too much of it.

Some people will say candy without specifying what kind. Peanut butter cups are healthy. Peanut butter is a source of protein and chocolate is loaded with antioxidants. You just don't want to eat more than one such item in a day.

On the other hand, taffy is pretty much a zero on benefits. Put that one down as your third.

Chips if they are fried oven fries are better.

Burgers as the meat is leftovers - vegi is better & you can put salad inthe bun to make it healthier.

Fried bread - it is covered in grease. I can't offer an alternative here other than toast which isn't really the same.

Is this to go on the anti-Jamie Oliver menu....lol

I'll give you more than 3!
- Carbonated drinks (esp. with caffine)
- Deep fried junk
- Chips
- Cookies, donuts (anything with excessive sugar)
- Cake
- Fast food (McDonalds)
- CANDY!!!
Btw, it's pretty hard when you think about it. Everything is good in moderation.

Highly processed foods. That would include (but is not limited to)
margarine, white flour, deep-fried food (like chips and french fries) white sugar, soda, candy. I would also include non-organic food, especially non-organic mest.

Only 3??? well, let me think. Soda would be one, chips, fast food hamburgers. Those would be my guess. All are sugar or fat laden and not very nutritious.
