Hello,
I have just started to try to become pregnant. I want to know if pre-consieve viatmins are the same as a multi vitamin. I have been taking them for a while, but I dont know if I should switch to the pre-consieve ones. Any ideas?

They are not the same. You need to take prenatal vitamins. If you compare the vitamins you will see a difference in how much of each vitamin is in them.

Folic Acid and most definately a good all round immune booster like Vit C with Zinc and Iron!

Try to get at least a minimum of 5 pieces of fresh fruit and vegetables per day. A good balanced diet will give you all the vitamins and minerals you need! ;)

Honestly, the Prenatal vitamins have the Folic Acid in them and that is what you need now that you are pregnant...any vitamin with the Folic Acid in it you can use....doesn't matter which ones.

You should take prenatals and preferably a prescription one. It's a higher quality and loaded with folic acid helps fight spinal defects. Not to mention gives you great hair and nails too!

There is more iron and other stuff pregnant women need in prenatal vitamins. I would take the prenatals
