I pay 8 bucks for a margarita made with Patron Silver tequila here in Louisiana. If I just want the shot, then its 9 bucks...how messed up is that?

Personally, about $20. As a bartender, I have served up drinks in excess of $100 for 1 oz-- scotch aged over 25 years.

A little over $75. We bought bottles of Skyy, Bacardi, Tequlia and all the other stuff needed to make Long Island Texas Teas and we mixed it all together in a big container that had a spout on it. I didn't fall down, but I wobbled.

20 Euros for a 25 cl beer in a cheesey, pretentious rip off disco next to the Barriere Casino in Deauville. 35 Euros for a Manhatten (madatory first drink minimum) at the jazz club in Le Meridien Hotel in Paris.

I was in flordia and order a mixed not knowing prices thinking about the same and it cost me $8.00 the nor for this drink is 2.75

it been a long time since I have had to pay for a drink in a bar (usually pay with co. credit card and don't look at individual prices) however I do seem to recall that the most expensive bars to drink in (In Canada anyway) for everyday drinks/beer are peeler bars!
