You have to be in the office 9am following a BIG night out. What is the best way to shape up and be sharp? This is aimed at the men. The chaps. The Lads. The boys. Thanks!

'For the boys' was only intended to avoid possible suggestions to wear types of makeup... although I suppose I could try this!

WATER, GATORADE and PAIN KILLERS.

Don't drink coffee - caffeine will aggrevate your situation. Also, if you're not too dead drunk to think, have a few glasses of water when you're done drinking. It might help your situation the next day.

But as always, its better to just avoid what might be bad for you, or cause you to lose your job. You can have fun with just 2 beers, you know.

Woman have been known to get plastered on a night out and have to be at work at 9.00am the next day too. We don't all sit in of an evening, knitting and watching telly.

Plus I thought blokes didn't get hangovers and that you were a tougher lot than a bunch of girlies who couldn't handle their drink!

Drink LOTS of water. Hangovers are just your being dehydrated. Drink lots of water, take some advil or tylenol and stay away from anything that will get you dehyrated again like sugary sodas and high sodium foods.

And why did you only want men to answer this??? That's silly.

Go home earlier dude...
Also, yes, drink lots of water. The alcohol has caused you to
become dehydrated. Coffee is not good, as it is a diuretic,
that will cause you to lose more fluid. Fruit juice can be good,
but be careful there is not too much sugar in it.

Sometimes it's not how many you drink but what you drink. I've found that beer and tomato juice mixed still gives you that "buzz" and you can still stand tall that next morning. If you haven't tried it mix one small can of tomato juice to a pitcher of beer. It's a manly man thing.

Typically, I drink lots of coffee and aspirins, sit with my head on my desk moaning, "Never again". Somewhere around quitting time I find my belt and tie have traded places somehow. And it looks like someone vomited coffee and asprins in my trash can.

Hope that helps.

Go and run around the block after you have finished drinking. I do this after I have drunk to much or eat loads of bread to sunk up the drink in your body.
