Sharks do not attack on shore. Near the shore, yes. But they cannot get you while on shore, out of the water.

Yes some sharks can move around in 3 feet of water, which would put them pretty close to shore.
Just remember that you are more likely to be struck by lightening then be attacked by a shark. :)

when sharks attack they don't come to shore. usually when they attack, its in deep water because that is where their prey normally lives

Yes. I saw a vid once of a great white chasing a seal onto a shore - he got his prey.
