Where do I position the hangers on the mirror?

the answer above will probably work - this is a pretty small mirror, but I would recommend drawings a faint pencil line on the wall around the mirror and then an 'X' on the wall with the center in the center of the circle. Put your hangers at the points where the 'X' intersect the circle. This will disperse the weight of the mirror on to 2 hangers and the 2 @ top will keep it from tipping forward. The screws in the hangers should go into studs or be put in expansion sleeves or drywall anchors of some type.

Put the holders at the top, bottom, left, and right. That should be stable enough for the mirror to stay on the wall.

Good luck

I would adhesive it to the wall as well . You can use the hooks at the 5 and 7 o'clock and up top at 11 and 1.
