11 years ago my frend needed an insulin pump and it was a matter of life and death the doctor said. He told his pastor, she told someone at the local newspaper and they wrote an article about my friend and made a public appeal. In 3 days he had the $3500 for his pump and $200 left over!
Make a public appeal!!
People are great!

first of all you didn't mention what treatment you need, how much it will cost, or if it is something that will be continuing over time, or what your recuperation time would be.
If a doctor will do your treatment first, because if it's life threatening they are bound to help you, then your bills could build up and later you can go bankrupt (after it's all over) and pay only part of the bill or maybe not pay any of it, depending on what the judge says.
If medicaid denied you that means your income is of a level that you can pay for at least part of the bill. Start some online businesses and attempt to pay for your own treatment.
Seems to me maybe you went to medicaid for assistance with housing (or housing while you're recuperating) and food stamps.
We don't have your full story so can't properly advise you.

That is a serious shame. Ask the synagagues for money, infact they are the ones taking it from us. I support socialized medicine, certain people that also run the media and banking also have a strangle hold on the HMOs and hospitals.
In the meantime, try raising money by asking you family and extended family, co-workers and major gentile and Christian owned businesses and corporations for money.

You need to post more information. Perhaps you could enroll in a clinical study - persons that are admitted get treatment for free.

i had brain surgery in Feb. at an IHC hospital here in Utah. they are non-profit and if you qualify for financial assistance they will right off the hospital bill. mine was $28,000.00 i still had to pay the surgeon but the whole thing cost me about $10,000.00
my mother was at an IHC hospital in the critical care unit for a very long time and they wrote off over $1,000,000.00 yes over a million on her bill so look in your area and find a hospital like one of these

Check withthe county and state social services in your area. I refuse to believe that they would just let you rot and die, without lifting a finger to help you.
