Having it in about an hour or so, mmmmm Chicken, Roast potatoes, Carrots & Turnip, Cauliflower, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. and a nice glass of white wine.

Yup, I'm also busy doing a roast chichen, stuffing, raost vegetables, peas and gravy, but I do like my red wine so a nice glass or 2 or 3

Stuffed Roast Pork Loin

2 bunches asst. mixed greens (swiss chard, spinach, collard)
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. portobello mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped shallots
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh rosemary
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh thyme
3/4 tsp. salt
black pepper, to taste
8 lb. boneless butter flied pork loin
4 oz. ground pork or similar
1 egg
3 slivered cloves of garlic
Wash and cook greens in a large amount of boiling water until tender. Drain, cool and squeeze out excess water. You will need 1 1/2 cups of finished product. Melt butter and 2 Tbsp. of the olive oil in skillet. Add shallots, mushrooms and 2 tsp. of the garlic and sauté until soft. Cool and add the greens. Add to the greens, the breadcrumbs, heavy cream, 1 tbsp. rosemary, 1 tbsp. thyme, and salt & pepper. Mix well. Preheat oven to 425 F. Open and season the pork loin. Add the ground pork and the egg to the mixture. Spread the mixture evenly over the pork. Roll and tie the pork. Rub the pork loin with oil and the remaining thyme, rosemary, salt & pepper. Slit the pork loin and insert the garlic slivers. Place in the oven, Reduce the heat to 375 F. Cook for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. The internal temperature should be 150 F. Enjoy with your favorite wine and maybe some oven roasted veggies.

Had it already, roast beef, roast potatoes, carrots, brocolli, yorkshire puds and gravy (made with the juices from the meat)

just had one, roast pork, carrots, turnip, broccoli, cauliflower, roast potatoes, mash and loads of yorkshire puds, feel like im going to pop now and cant be bothered to wash up lol

Roast lamb (ready to roast from Tesco), roast potatoes and a sprinkling of mixed veg! Have to pass on the wine, though, I'm a lager drinker!

Had one a couple of hours ago. Mother's finest. Roast lamb, veg, superb potatoes, even yorkshire pud, with gravy. Awesome!

Already had mine, roast beef, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, small Yorkshire puddings, beef gravy and lots of English mustard, and it was yummy!!!!!!!!!

I always have a chicken and mushroom pot noodle on a sunday. A roast dinner you say? Seems like too much effort for a sunday!

That is almost identical to us with the exception of runner beans, freshly picked from the garden, instead of cauliflower and the wine, we will have it with cranberry juice.

nicely, for me dinner's continuously been previous due because of the fact in my living house growing to be up we in no way ate till now 8pm on an identical time as all the different childrens on the block ate at 5pm. i'm a working mom besides as my mom so dinner is often previous due except I actual have a no longer so lazy hubby who will cook dinner till now i'm getting living house so i will spend time with our LO.
