No your cat isn't an alien, although I'm sure he is also part human. It's normal in some breeds (or lack there of) to have this, there is a term but I'm not sure of what it is, I'll got look on the net for it. My cat Lilli has the same flubber on her under belly, its called fatty tumors and they are harmless unless it hinders his abilities to eat, move or go potty. From the sounds of it you have an awesome cat! Any pictures?

The flub baggage thing on his belly is good - it means he's healthy. Cats that are well nourished have that pouch of loose skin.

Cats are really aliens from another dimension sent here to watch over humans. Don't you ever wonder why a cat can dis appear so quickly and why you cannot find them until they want you to? They go between dimensions and then return.

I had a cat named Demon once who had 6 claws on one paw and 7 on the other 13 total on his front paws, that's how he got his name.
Your cat sounds darling. I like cats that are "different"
