Go to your registar(the place where you were born)and they will copy one for you,there is a charge for this.Good luck!

Depends on your country of birth. If you live in a country other than where you are born contact your consulate. If your from the UK - The General Records Office in London or Southport hold everyones original certificates on microfish and will reissue. Otherwise you can apply to the registrar at the Office where it was issued and they will produce a new one for you but this takes longer.

The county office of vital statistics where you were born. Many can be ordered from the website or information how to order it will be explained. A regular copy usually runs around $12-$15.

i had this problem 3 years ago as my husband and i got married in Zakynthos, Greece and i needed a full size copy. The local registry office told me to contact the registry where i was born. i did this and it only cost me about £6. Very simple, good luck!

Your State's Department of Vital Statistics, or through your local Health Department.
You may have to get it from the Health Department in the County where you were born.

Here in Canada we have to send an application, obtainable at the courthouse, to the Registrar of Births. It's located in our provincial capital which, in my case, is Victoria BC.

Depends on where you live , and whether there are any Bureaus of Vital Statistic in your county. If not, you will have to get it from the state in which you reside.
