I overprocess my hair WAY too much, just like you.
Here are a couple of tips I've learned...

-Condition, no need to glob it on, as long as there is aenough to cover ever strand you're good. No need to waste it.
-When you're hair is dry, put some conditioner all over your hair until is is entirely covered. Leave on for as long as possible. I recommend atleast two hours or so. Then rinse out. DONT SHAMPOO for atleast a day or two.
-Mix and avocado and coconut milk, lather on hair. Leave on for two hours. Shampoo and Condition afterwards. You're hair should appear a little more silky and softer.
-When you shampoo you hair...just do the scalp...enough will run onto the rest of your hair.
-When conditioning in the shower...start from roots and then ends. Healthy hair begins at the scalp.
-Try to limit the amount of products you put in your hair. Three is plenty no matter what kind of product you use. The less you put in the better. The more you put in, you're hair will not have as much shine.
-Frizz Ease Hair Serum; I swear by it. If you're hair is damaged and you straighten, curl it etc., it will not look like that. It will look silky. It says on the box to use it when it is soaking wet. Don't. I mean you can, but it works better if you use it when you're hair is just a little bit wet. Not as dry as being damp, but not soaking wet.
-Before you leave the shower....make sure you're hair gets a shot of cold water. It'll lock in the cuticle of your hair and make it shinier and healthier looking. If you really want good hair...finish your hair off with bottled water. It locks in the shine. Don't ask me why because I have no clue, it just really does work.

Take care of your hair, and remember not to wash daily. You need some of those oils in your hair for great soft looking hair.

Good luck sweetie!
I hope you get some GREAT hair!

First thing, stay away from the perms and any other treatments that may contain harsh chemicals. Go to a hairstylist for a good trim and ask for a conditioning treatment. If you do a conditioning treatment once a month you hair will get much better. Also, if at all possible don't wash your hair every day, try every other day. Use a conditioner like Pantene Pro-V after you shampoo.

1) Go to a GOOD salon - you can never go wrong with Toni and
Guy

2) In the meantime wash with a Nourishing Shampoo twice.

3) Ensuring your hair is soaking, Apply Condtioner. Leave in for
1 Minute and then rinse thoroughly with COLD water. This will
ensure the conditoner basically condtions the hair,

4) Complete with a finisher such as Shine Shock by John Frieda.

5) Gently towel dry.

Nexus makes a very good hair reconstructor. wash hair, comb the recontructor through, wrap hair up in saran wrap or plastic baggy, leave on your head for 15-20 minutes. Rinse. Repeat every week. You will notice a difference after the first application. If you have no money to spend on the reconstructor, do the same thing with mayonnaise, but do it before you wash your hair, then wash your hair with shampoo when you are finished, and use a good conditioner.

that's many times no longer the bleach it incredibly is so undesirable on your hair, that's the point of peroxide the stylist makes use of to turn on the bleach that kills your hair. Developer (peroxide) is presented in 4 tiers, 10 quantity, 20 quantity, 30 quantity, and 40 quantity. a great style of below knowledgeable stylists are taught in attractiveness college that 40 quantity and bleach is totally wonderful to apply to spotlight hair (it develops lots quicker). The slower your hair takes to lighten, besides the indisputable fact that, the fewer the wear. i wouldn't in any respect enable a stylist use something bigger than 20 quantity on me (even with the undeniable fact that I want 10) and not in any respect go below the dryer. it is your decision no count in case you do or no longer (the warmth hurries up the technique, and quicker ability greater injury). you are able to gain the comparable point of blonde with a decrease quantity developer which you will with the optimum, it merely takes lots longer. as long as you're an knowledgeable client, that's going to absolutely wonderful which you will have your hair highlighted. additionally, if your hair has in no way been colored in the previous, they are in a position to apply a extreme-carry coloration, that's 40volume developer with everlasting coloration to lighten. It has a tendency to develop warmer, yet does not use bleach to get rid of the pigment. it rather is the only occasion the place 40 quantity is a good suggestion. i'm hoping that facilitates some!

A couple of treatment with Mayo, eggs and olive oil will adjust your hair PH balance and you will not suffer as much. Here is what you need to do. Go to a drugstore and look for the shelves that they keep the African-American hair products. Most likely, you will find a product that contains the items that I named above. Once you start using this once a week and several weeks in a row, you will be amazed of the results.

Give it an overnight treatment, be very gentle with it, stop all the perms and colours and it will improve in time, also keep away from heat dryers, straightners etc
