No just put it straight onto your hair. Ive tried it. You MUST wash it out with shampoo and use your conditioner like normal. If you don't do it repeatadely though, you won't really see a difference. Do it atleast twice a week. Also try avocados....smash one and lather in your hair. It makes it softer. I liked it. Try it.

You can just add it to your hair. Buy a cheap shower cap and sleep in it all night. You'll have to wash it out with DAWN dish washing detergent though. You can also but on a deep conditioner and sleep in it. Just rinse out the next morning. Word of Warning the mayonnaise may make your hair look greasy.

Shampoo, and then a couple of tablespoons in and comb it through. Leave it in about 15-20 minutes and then rinse. Its like a conditioner. But its not the most appealing smell so I would mix a little conditioner that smells good in with it. You have to do it consistently for you to see the effect.

Olive oil or mineral oil do wonders for hair too. Mayo definitely contains oil and that is why it does a great job in silkening the hair. Eggs are also good for nourishing the hair and keeping the roots in check.

Just simply comb it through your hair, leave on for 15-20 minutes and rinse. No need to apply anything else before it.

Try a hair product instead like Garnier. Mayonnaise is way too greasy and it smells awful.

i'd merely use oil instead. Olive, almond, and coconut oil are strong for moisturizing epidermis and hair. merely use somewhat, comb it with the help of your hair, and rinse it. Oil won't be able to pass undesirable and it doesn't scent.

you only use mayonnaise on your hair if you have terrible lice you can't get rid of.

I suggust you put olive oil in your hair, put a shower cap on it,wait 2 hours, then take it off,and have a good shower.it's ok if all the oil doesn't wash off the first wash, wash it again the next day,and it'll all get off.

good luck:)
