He should not tell it that way 'coz I never met anyone, nor I will meet someone. I love him and he know I am very loyal to him... just wonder why he need to tell it that way?

The answer is obvious!! He is telling you that he has accepted the fact that you don't wanna see him anymore, so therefore he will not bother you specially if you are with someone new. Obviously he doesn't wanna get in the way of that.

It means that someone is telling you that they have sensed a change that your not telling him and he is making the break up easy by saying he will just leave you alone

for me it means that the person is willing to let go of you and he doesn't want to get in the way of your own happiness. don't mistake letting go as falling out of love though.
the real essence of letting go is - the person loves you too much to set you free (even if it hurts him) and to sacrifice his own happiness as long as he knows that you are happy.

i think s/he doesn't want to have any relation or anything to do with you in your new relationship (if you have one). but s/he will support you to see anyone else. it's complicated.
just ask the person, what the hell s/he talking about, and you will get the real answer
