The other answers have offered positive suggestions . I have a personal experience of a simple remedy. Man snores only when he sleeps on his back. The moment he turns on one side -right or left does not matter-the snoring ceases. The reason for this is that in thesupine position the throat muscles are somewhat dialated and wind escapes through this aperature giving rise tothe snore. As man turns on his side this dialation disappears and snoring stops. If,therefore, we could ensure never to sleep on our back we may not snore. How to achieve this. The device is very simsple. Take some hard object, say a pices of rough stone or the wooken reels of old trimes round which the thread is would.Introduce it on the bed. in such a way thatshould you turnon your back the object will come below it. As soonj as this happens even in that subconscious state the body feels the discomfort. It automatically turns on it side and the snoring stop. This is a time-tested method and stood up.Best of luck.

Well , to stop snoring , u should be good in studies. I'm telling the truth. It is observed that those children who snore while sleeping do not do good in studies. I read this from young Times.

sleep with a raised portion on the pillow beneath ur neck. there is a flap at the back of the throat that vibrates when the air flow is compressed, tilting the head backwards a bit will open up the passageway to the esophagus bigger, thus preventing vibration that makes the snoring sound.
