I am 6 weeks pregnant and have gained 11 pounds!!!! I plan to take the miscarriage pill and was wondering if it would be easy to lose this weight since my body won't be having the baby naturally. With my first pregnancy I breast fed and quickly lost my weight, i just wonder if this will be different since it will be an abortion.

Yes, it is easy. The weight you are carrying isn't real fat. It is actually water weight which will be easy to lose.

Just exercise a few times per week and eat alot of fruits and vegetables. You don't have to diet. Diets never work. Lifestyle changes are better because diets are too strict.

Trust me, ALL diet are "yo-yo diets". You basically starve yourself and feel deprived and after a while you can't take it anymore and you just pig out and gain everything back.
Just continue eating what you usually eat but try to make your portions smaller and eat more fruits and vegetables. Also, Don't drink sodas and juices. Water is the best.

Good luck.

(Don't listen to the idiots on here who are criticizing you because you had an abortion. Obviously you don't want their hate and insults, their answers are completely irrelevant to your question and I have reported them.)

I'm not going to tell you what I think you should do because I don't know. There is no easy answer and I wish the other answerers hadn't tried to portray it like there is. Unlike a lot of people on here, I am prochoice. In the short term abortion would be the least disruptive option. You wouldn't need to take another break from college (which I'm guessing could be quite long as you have such difficult pregnancies). It definitely would be easier to provide for two children. But the problem is, if you already love that child, you might well live to regret it and become depressed. I can tell you from experience, growing up with a depressed mum isn't much fun. A second option of course is adoption. Personally I think this isn't the easy option many people portray it as. You'd still have to go through all the disruption of the pregnancy, take time off of college, struggle looking after your kids post c-section but all of that would be nothing compared to the emotional impact of carrying a child to term and loving it, then giving it up. They do have open adoptions these days which might still allow you some contact if you want to consider that option. The third option is of course having the child. Ultimately, no problem is insurmountable, if you decide you love that baby and want it. You can find money and graduating a little later wouldn't be the end of the world. Ultimately, it's a decision you have to make for yourself. You're the one that has to live with the consequences. I can't offer you an easy answer, but I can offer you an ear to listen if you want to offload or talk it through with someone objective. If you do want to, you'd be welcome to email me, just tell me in the additional details so I know to check my yahoo emails for once.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Hi,
Child is God's gift still if you dont want it - you can go for an abortion. It is very much possible to loose weight and come back to normal after an abortion. You need to take extreme care wth your body as the weight loss will be quick and so will the strecth marks. Massage your body 3 day a week and have a good heathly diet with regualr walk & exercise (4 days a week). This way you will loose weight very quickly without making your body weak from within. Your diet shoul dcontain lots of fruits, green veggies & aviod non-veg stuff. Drink plently of liquid (water, fresh fruit juice, vegetable juice) exercise on your thighs, abdomin and butt-locks.

My dear - you are already 6 weeks pregnant - and abotion is confirmed then you should take this step before 12 weeks are completed after this- it will be harmful for the mother and teh baby.

Wishing you luck! Take care...

Keep that meal between 400 and six-hundred calories. Serve yourself a smaller sized portion, so if you like coming back again for seconds, you'll just end up eating a normal-size portion.
