Yes there was at first to populate the earth. Now people don't have to pro-create with their family members because the earth is plenty populated now. Incest is now a demonic behavior seeing how most of the victims of incest are very young children who can't pro-create and should not be touched in a world full of grown women.

Our entire geneology consists of incest. There were daughters that slept with their fathers at some points to preserve their family tree. We are all brothers and sisters. However, even though Adam and Eve was the first of man, it doesn't necessarily mean they are the beginning of all man. There could be other men created throughout the land. It really depends on what you believe. I guess it really doesn't matter in the long run. What should matter is God.

This is a non question. The scriptures from the bible werent answering that question. There is no incest.
If incest was accepted and widespread then you would have known about it in other accounts.
This is the same text that has the woman talking to snake. Does the bible promote talking to reptiles? Maybe we should call Dr Doolittle for his opinion.

It's pretty much scientifically impossible for two people to produce enough to populate the entire world.
