It all depends on what you've lost. you can talk to people around you, apologize if you have ever done something to someone that might of hurt them, go to a really piecful place, like a really big park you can look to the horizon or a lake, a strean, even a beach, but make sure you go during the sunset, where almost no one is aroung so you can have some you time. This is what always cheers me up, the sound of water, or a sunset. Hope it helps!!!

its just that you are stressed out... take a small break, sit alone & analyse yourself...understand what went wrong where and why did you reacted. If possible, talk to your own self & then see you will know your own self more. Buy yourself an ice-cream or chocolates - perhaps you need someone to pat you on your back - so pamper yourself & you will be all fresh & ready again to face the world!

No one really likes you, we just pretend. Everyone considers you a real downer, especially lately. You are always so gloomy and down. No fun to be around.
We don't know how to tell you to please go away. Maybe you could try getting on track elsewhere with people who don't know you yet.

Get a hold of yourself....don't know all the reasons behind your terrible situation..but maybe talking to an adult close to you and telling them everything that is going on in your life will help...find someone you can trust..and tell them everything...Good luck sweetheart, I always tell people to pray on it.
