They probably have some black workers.
And dude thats america anyways. You should come to the UK where the majority of every race is treated equally. And we are more liberal.

The owner is white because that happens to be the skin colour of the person who paid the bucks to buy it if it is still not the person who created Yahoo. As for the Board, quite possibly family members or other major investors who just happen to have that colouration.
You have visited every Yahoo work site and determined that none of the employees are black males! That's dedication. Now, put that dedication into getting the qualifications needed to be employed by Yahoo, or IBM or Intel or anybody else. If you are qualified and can demonstrate in an interview that you are the best, you will get the job. There are companies out there that are run by prejudiced nincompoops, but they usually are blatantly obvious and you wouldn't want to work for them anyway.
Quit whining and start striving.

Then create our own racist board. You're such a jerk. Why don't you keep your brothers out of gangs and help them to quit killing people and stealing. When you are educated, like your white enemies, then you too will be able to have a job.

Are you suggesting that they should hire BLACK people, just because of the color of their skin?

I have no idea. I highly doubt that they are racist though. I am also sure that yahoo does have African-American employees.
