Are you looking for a Halifax flight? Then the answer is Air Canada as the airline. Then also half a dozen other tour package airlines go as well. Like Transat Holidays.
Basically any non - American Airline that is anybody and covers the area flies to Cuba. All answers here are correct except the silly first answer, who should have said Cubana Airlines.

air canada goes to cuba. There are also other chartered airlines that only go in the peak season, such as sky service.

Canjet, flew canjet direct from halifax into Varadero, it was a 4 hour flight but the staff were great and it wasnt a bad ride.
