Ok I have a nephew right! but his older than me, so we say were cousins right! he has this girl friend that treats him like $hit! and he’s parents don’t like her and well neither dose the rest of the familie like her! so yesterday after we went to the movies (to see crank) he said that he’s Engaged!(like going to get married) and im his dads, brother and I dot know if I should tell him!(my brother) or just leave it!
(he’s been in and out of the hospital for poping pills, and running away! he’s a completely different person then the one I used to know!)
I don’t know what to do if I tell he will hate me- if I don’t and his parents find out, then the whole thing will come blowing back at me!- If I tell my other older brother than he would tell him! It will come back at me and I still look bad! what should i do!
"HE 18" and been at the hospitail 2 times in less than a month

Because you are FAMILY I feel it is important to speak to your nephew and point out that nobody else but him likes his intended. Also point out the reasons why she is so disliked.
As far as being in the hospital so my, have him see a counselor to talk about what is bothering him.
Don't keep it a secret that he is engaged either...maybe other family members can convince him to find someone better.

He may have told you in hopes you would tell, so that way he doesn't have to be the bearer of bad news. (since he knows everyone doesn't like her.)
He will soon be 18, and as of 18 he can get married. Everyone has to make their mistakes in life, some listen to reason, others do not, and have to dig themselves further into the hole before they decide to dig themselves out.
Good luck in your decision. (something you might do it tell him you are going to tell the family that he has told you.)
