Hi,
I'm doing a project with my Dad and we've been making some canldes but they burn so fast.Like my first one it burned like for 3hrs and goes right through the middle leaving it with a huge line were the wax did melt .I need help and quick.

I'm not going to be much help here, but I remember an art class years ago, in which the instructor was making up batches of wax for investment casting for another class. I think he put borax in the parafin to make it harder.

At any rate, call your local college and ask the art instructor about how to harden wax, or to make it burn slower.

Try beeswax candles.
