Then alow your guide to come and whisper their name to you. What is that name? Now communicate with your guide, using the same process.

I did have a spiritual reading recently and I was very impressed with the content of the reading, and apparently I have four guides, one is 'Red Indian' one is 'Philosopher' I can't remember the other 2 names without looking it up.
I've just done your exercise and I'm getting the name 'Areani'
I don't know what to believe now!

In the Old Testament you would have been executed for communicating with "familiar spirits". If you lose your mind and spend the rest of your days in an asylum, consider yourself warned. Incidentally, how do you know that this thing speaking to you is not:
1. your own mind, and you are crazy
2. Evil, and out to destroy you
3. A demon
