This is a homemade ice cream recipe. It's not one that came out of your book, but it will work for you.

1 quart half-n-half
1 pint whipping cream
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
whole milk

Beat half-n-half, whipping cream, and vanilla until blended. Alternate eggs and sugar and beat until sugar is pretty well dissolved. Add to container and then add whole milk to fill line. Put paddle into container, replace lid and put into ice cream bucket. If it is a new motor driven maker, put the motor in place and plug it in. Add ice and rock salt in alternating layers in the bucket around the container. Be generous with the rock salt. Add more ice and salt as needed until the motor stops. Take the container out, remove the lid, take the paddle out, replace the lid (you may want to put a sheet of foil or wax paper under the lid) and place it in the freezer for harder ice cream. If you don't want to keep it in the container, you can remove it to the container(s) of your choice.

Panasonic Ice Cream Maker

Sorry I don't have any recipies specifically for your Panasonic ice cream maker. But if it is of any consolation, I also lost my recipe book for an ice cream machine I bought in Italy ages ago.

However, I never missed it - and have made excellent ice cream for the last 20 years (with the same machine) simply by gently heating 1 litre cream, seeds of 1 vanilla pod and 3/4 cup sugar upto almost simmering point.
Take off fire when a circle of small bubbles forms around egde of cream.
Let cool thoroughly, then chill 24 hours - this is the resting and aging process that is vital to making ice cream.
Churn in the ice cream machine, for 20 minutes or as experience tells you.

5 minutes before end of churning, add one of these:

Half cup fruit puree ( strawberries, bananas, kiwis etc), but in this case omit vanilla from basic mix.
Half a cup lemon juice.
Half cup any jam (I love marmalade in my ice cream).
Half cup chocolate syrup.
Half cup any chopped nuts.
Half cup honey.
3 tablespoons strong cold coffee, plus 1 teaspoon freeze dried
coffee granules.

This makes about 1 quart ice cream, depending on how much moisture the cream will lose at your ambient temperature.
