If you only have those podcasts, I don't think you'll learn much. They should be taken only as an aid to improve what you learn, to practice your listening abilities, to get new vocabulary, etc. But you'll have to work more than simply listening to podcasts if you want to learn a language.

When you talk and listen to French it's supposed to become better, but first you have to know it a bit.
