Alot of the women in my family were like this... until one day one of them was diagnosed with systematic candida. Some of her herbal remedies are working for the rest of us, too. We take acidophilus supplemental pills and a liquid form of b vitamins. It has literally saved our homes.
I would invest in liquid b vitamins. Just try a dose and see what it does for you.

if you're not cooking you need to add to any diet you have some vitamins/minerals (there are some good brands of those on the market).
Scale your work at home to the minimum until you can get your emergy back (certain things like washing your clothes need to be done, and wash dishes or you'll get bugs coming around).
Eventually you'll be able to do it all. If this feeling continues for a long time, visit your doctor and get your blood tested, but at the moment I think maybe you're just simply stressed.
When you are stressed what you need is good food and a lot of rest (good sleep).

I'm in the same boat. Here's how I survive...
I use my crockpot. You can slow cook so many healthy meals in there. The meat gets done and its really tender. I also have a cleaning lady. She comes once or twice a week (I have four kids, three dogs and a husband) and she cleans my house.
Grocery shop when you can and do your holiday shopping online.
Good luck!

Not entirely sure what you are asking here. If you are asking how to increase your energy levels thru the day, I would try Vitamin B-12, 1000mg taken in a lozenge that melts in your mouth is best, as stomach acids destroy Vitamin B-12.
